Job Title: Commercial Building Surveyor
Job type:Full-time
Level: MRICS
Work Location: Birmingham/Midlands
Salary: £48k – £52k plus car, bonus and benefits to start asap.
The role will be based in Birmingham
Covering projects for national clients, carrying out core commercial building surveying.
flexible role with the attraction of home working.
Ideally applicant should have some knowledge of Residential Surveying andMustbe MRICS qualified.
Have a good commercial building surveying background – dilapidation, schedule of conditions etc
More emphasis on qualityof work than quantity.
Flexible working (would suit family person, hours can be worked around schooling – package tailored to suit individual needs)
