Are you an experienced surveyor with expertise in Damp & Mould? Our Client, an affordable housing provider are seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their property services team, to fulfil a 3 month temporary contract The successful candidate will be responsible ensuring high quality of housing maintenance, completing property surveys including damp and mould inspections and diagnosis. You will have excellent knowledge of Health & safety legislation as well up to date knowledge of all current statutory compliance regulations (asbestos, legionella, gas, electrical, fire safety) Responsibilities: Manage responsive and major works relating to damp and mould projects, service contracts from inception to completion in accordance with current legislation, including managing health and safety (CDM) and ensuring compliance with regulatory controls. Performance management of the contractor delivering the repairs and planned works projects/contracts. Monitor contractors to ensure delivery of the programme according to set timescales, analysing data and reporting on performance against an agreed suite of key performance indicators on a monthly basis. Monitor and support the need on compliance and performance of the fire risk assessments and water/electrical/gas/lifts testing programmes. Make technical decisions in relation and following property visits, creating work schedules on void properties, design/specification & contract management, quality control and one-off project management. Deliver high levels of resident satisfaction, ensuring effective communication and that works are meeting the groups legal standards, obligatory responsibilities Ensure works are supervised and managed effectively and that the quality and cost of works carried out are controlled. Ensure works are delivered to a high standard and in line with statutory requirements and key performance indicators. Our client a Social housing provider are seeking 2 domestic Gas Engineers to join their established team on 2-3 month sub contract basis covereing Wiltshire. The role is to deliver a high-quality gas servicing and responsive gas repairs in accordance with the current Gas Safety Regulations. Responsibilities will include servicing and repair works on all gas installations within domestic properties including fires, heating, hot water systems and cookers as well some associated plumbing, Ability to work on your own and also as part of the team to ensure targets are met. It is essential / desirable you have the following criteria: Experience in gas servicing and repairs on modern gas condensing boilers, You will ideally hold: ACS accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, WAT1 (CENWAT), CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, UVHW Experience of oil boiler service and repairs both domestic and commercial and/or commercial gas boiler service and repair would be beneficial. Ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment, you will need to have your own van, tools and calibrated gas analyser as well as your own company insurances. The main function of this role is to lead the migration of project documentation onto the platform. The role involves managing, organising, and transferring documents while ensuring compliance with the organisations standards and industry best practices. The successful candidate will support the project teams in optimising document control processes within Asite. Key Duties include: Overseeing and executing the migration of project documents from existing systems to Asite. Organising, managing, and maintaining digital documents following company standards and procedures. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient document control. Utilising and helping manage Asite workflows, folder structures, metadata tagging, and access controls for projects. Conducting data validation and quality checks to ensure document accuracy and integrity pre and post migration. Providing support and training to project teams and stakeholders on Asite functionalities and best practices. Feedback on the document control procedures to support continuous improvement. Monitoring and tracking document submissions, approvals, and revisions to ensure compliance with project timelines Generating and maintaining document control reports, dashboards, and logs as required. Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to Asite and coordinate with the Head of Digital Building Information to resolve. To be successful with this position, we are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Document Controller with expertise in Asite. Strong understanding of document management processes, workflows, and industry standards such as ISO19650 and the UK BIM Framework. Experience in migrating project documents from legacy systems to a new platform. Knowledge of housing, construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). and Microsoft SharePoint. Ability to work under tight deadlines and swiftly resolve or escalate issues as they arise. Familiarity with other document management systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, Viewpoint etc.) is a plus.
