Flexible Operator We are recruiting a Flexible Operator, for a well-established aggregates specialist, at the forefront of their field manufacturing high quality products. The role will include working with manufacturing Plant, Silo’s, Storage Bins and Conveyors, Forklifts as well as any other substance or equipment provided to perform a specific task. The right person for the Flexible Operator role will be an excellent timekeeper, flexible with ability and have the desire to take on any job and develop into a multi skilled operative. You must be a team player, self motivated to improve and able to work with minimal supervision. A Flexible Operator will ideally have strong manufacturing experience, counterbalance FLT licence is desirable but not essential. Other essential skills the Flexible Operator should have · Quality output driven to ensure excellent service to customer · Strong Environmental Health and Safety awareness · Awareness of manufacturing costs and cost control Desired skills for the Flexible Operator role · Worked with precast concrete equipment · Previously worked within a strong ISO 9000/14000 culture · NVQ PMO Level 2 Working hours are Mon – Fri 6am-6pm
