I am recruiting for a Consultant Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair Cases in the West Midlands (Birmingham) The Surveyor will have the option to work through their own Ltd Company (OUTSIDE IR35). If you do not possess a ltd company, we can set you up to work through one of our PSL umbrella companies. The role is fully-remote and the client has a dedicated administration team who will book the inspections in for you on the days & times you available week in week out. The client will provide you with a Template Report for you use, which I can send to your email. Skills Required: - RICS Chartership (MRICS or FRICS) as a Building Surveyor. -Experience working on Housing Disrepair in connection with Landlord and Tenant Disputes -Access to your own vehicle and can drive. If you are interested interviews will be held as soon as possible. My client, a busy local authority based in East Midlands are looking to bring in an interim Fire Safety Manager for an initial 6 months with the likelihood of an extension. The role would be focused on over seeing the council's Fire Risk Assessment programme. Their portfolio consists of corporate properties. You will provide comprehensive expert advice to Council colleagues, duty holders and customers to ensure the legislative duties are discharged effectively, setting performance specifications and standards and ensuring works meet the required quality standard. My client is looking for a Building Control Surveyor's on an initial 12 + month contract to help with Site Inspections in the West Midlands. This a part-time position for a Site Surveyor to cover Birmingham/West Midlands. It is mainly commercial site inspections. My Private Surveying Practice in the East Midlands are recruiting for a MRICS Building Surveyor to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The role will be fully-remote and are looking for someone to work from 5 days a week to start with, the option to do more will be likely down the line.
