You will be working with the Estimating Manager with the opportunity to take ownership of the department as a whole in the future. The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical Building Services background and worked their way up from the tools. Mechanical estimating will be their primary focus but any experience of project management would be advantageous. The client works mainly within the Residential sector with projects based in London and the South East. The role will not be based in Central London and a Company Van will be provided by the client. The ideal candidate will be experienced in this type of position and be able to fit in and hit the ground running. The role can be either permanent or contract-based and is long-term with framework agreements 3-4 years in length.
