This is an exciting role within a rapidly expanding house building business. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Site Manager working on high volume new build housing developments.
Role Responsibility
* Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts.
* Full responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors including labour only groundworkers/contractors, ensuring that all employees comply with our Health and Safety standards
* Liaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departments
* Timely ordering of materials ensuring the build programme can be achieved
* Ensure all NHBC inspections are carried out as required
* Carry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care procedures
* Complete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with our customer care team

• Report into the Risk Manager on all aspects of Civil and MEICA delivery including performance, forecasting and key issues.
• Provide support (MEICA in particular) to all delivery functions across the whole project lifecycle.
• At all times focus positively on the Client and Customer.
• Understand and implement Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets
• Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment.

Autodesk AutoCAD experience essential
Autodesk Revit experience beneficial

Carry out 3D laser scanning on site, and stitch Pointcloud outputs using proprietary software
Assist in conducting site surveys and producing scoping documents
Convert 3D scans into 3D Models and 2D AutoCAD drawings
Assist design team in producing design briefs for external sub-contract design
The management of design deliverable documents to make sure they are stored in the correct location
To maintain the Drawing & Document Register / Transmittal (DDRT) recording when documents are received and issued
Issue documents onto the client transmittal portal and manage client responses back to appropriate company staff
Assist in providing technical information for HAZCONs, HAZCOMMs, HAZOPS, ALM’s, FATs and SATs
Collate and be responsible for compilation of O&M Manuals for all security projects throughout project lifecycle, including H&S Files
Production of CDM site layout drawing
Production of physical hardening drawings, cable route layouts and civil details
Production of electronic security drawings including, IDS layouts, CCTV layout, system architecture, block cable diagrams
Production of 3D layout drawings for camera FOV drawings
