Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of installation projects within our Fire, Security, and IRS divisions. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through all phases from initiation to completion ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules. Lead regular project meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Provide consistent communication and progress updates both internally and externally. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Oversee project scope and implement effective change control processes. Prepare and maintain key project documentation and reports. Manage resource allocation efficiently to meet project demands. Be hands-on where necessary to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes. Conduct comprehensive handovers to clients upon project completion. Skills & Experience Required Strong understanding of project management principles and full lifecycle methodologies. Proven experience managing multiple installation projects simultaneously. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, LPCB, City & Guilds). Experience within the construction or Fire & Security sector. Technical knowledge of systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and IRS. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to lead and inspire project teams. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences. A clear record with no criminal convictions, able to pass CRB/DBS and industry screening checks. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based commission. Role Summary We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing our client s ambitious team. This role involves the professional installation and commissioning of a wide range of electronic security systems across commercial and residential sites in and around London. Experience in fire alarm systems would be an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, regulation-compliant installations of integrated electronic security systems. Work across multiple, long-term projects providing a varied and engaging workload. Liaise daily with the Project Manager, providing clear progress updates. Manage equipment and materials required for project delivery. Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and contractors. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Knowledge & Experience Required Strong technical knowledge of security system principles and relevant British Standards. Recognised qualifications such as NSI, LPCB, or City & Guilds. Previous experience with CCTV and Access Control systems (experience with Entrotec or fire alarm systems is highly advantageous). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience within the construction, fire, or security systems industry. Must have a clear criminal record and be able to pass CRB/DBS screening and industry vetting processes.
