This is a 12-month contract offering a rate of up to £400 per day. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all mechanical building services on site. Main Duties: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services. Ensure all necessary permits are in place and adhered to. Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues. Liaise effectively with main contractors and the client's site team. Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality) standards, RAMS (Risk Assessments Method Statements), and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) regulations.
