Provide weekly written progress reports to the Operations Manager

Role:
Assisting The Technical Director in managing and overseeing all working drawings and the timely production of Construction Documentation (CONDOC) in line with Building Regulations NHBC and all statutory legal and Company requirements, prior to start on site. In this role you will be involved in the project from set up to completion - conducting activities including but not limited to; linking with R&D/sales teams, budgeting, dealing with resource, Health & Safety compliance, delivering tool box talks, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are running efficiently and to targets. This position would suit a Project Manager or an experienced Site Manager looking to progress, with experience in commercial interior fit out projects, looking for a diverse workload and a role that is site based with lots of travel.

Carryout COBIE Drops and asset tagging as required.
Ensure models / drawing sheets are produced in line with project programme / delivery dates in the timescale agreed with the project team.
Attend design team meetings / workshops as required.
Contribute to the continuing improvement of JBH REVIT Standards and knowledge
Job Schedule:
Full time (40 hours a week, Monday – Friday), permanent

* Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time
* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
* Negotiate contracts and work schedules
* Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction
* Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
* Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
* Advise on a procurement strategy
