Maintain in good order the company vehicle assigned and be mindful of the responsibilities of the road worthiness
Ensure that purchaser’s acceptance sheets are signed by purchaser as proof of completion that the work is finished to the companies quality standards
Assist the Quality Inspectors with back checks when necessary
Carry out all duties in accordance with the company internal code of conduct
Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person through the CM system

The company are primarily focused on Retail and Commercial space. And are only looking for someone from this background. The candidate would also need to be able to deliver a tender from drawings.
You will additionally be responsible for seeing the project through from tender to final account. This includes, but not limited to: Site meetings, Cost meetings and Reporting, keeping cost reports on the progress of projects against tenders and contract sums.
The business is solely with 'Blue Chip Organisations' in the Food and Restaurant sectors. The role would see the successful person being responsible for the estimating, tendering , surveying, valuation and final account of their own set of projects.
The role would be reporting into the Director. The position will be based from their offices, but UK site wide travel is expected for site and client meetings. They expect the travel to be every few weeks. You would be expected to run and minute all such meetings and represent the business to all important clients.
In return they are looking to pay in the region of up to £55,000 p.a. with a car or equivalent package.
