About The Role
EKFB are recruiting for Design Coordinators to liaise with landowners and agents to discuss the impact of the scheme. You will also collate requests/requirements and liaise directly with the design team, construction team and client team to facilitate requests where appropriate.
You'll lead a section for accommodation works packages, being the key interface with wider functions within EKFB. Manage diaries for land possession meetings and provide data to different functions as needed. Direct contact with clients will be required, along with supporting the DJV with accommodation works.
