* As a result of their success they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Liaison Officer
* Immediate start working on gas and electricity contracts around the St Helens and Liverpool areas.
The Role
* Supporting teams and contractors to provide a customer interface regarding all aspects of planning and delivering the maintenance and construction projects
* Co-ordinating feedback from customers post-handover during the defects period take direct calls from customers and resolving enquiries at first contact where possible in accordance with defined customer standards
* Providing a high-quality consistent service to customers, guiding them through the programme of works where possible
* Ensuring that customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly
* Ensuring that complaints are recorded and dealt with in line with feedback policy, procedure and targets
* Ensure that systems and processes are in place to keep all relevant records and documentation up to date, with regards to compliance including; Gas Safety, Electrical testing, Asbestos compliance in particular.
Qualifications and relevant experience
* Experience within this role working within Social Housing Refurbishment schemes
* Tenant liaison experience and customer focused.
* Customer service qualification / health a safety would be beneficial but not essential.
* Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems
* Have a flexible approach to work under a wide variety of duties as they arise
* Ability to work alone with minimum supervision
