As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running your own £25m RC frame residential project, including the management of all staff and daily organisation of the site. The client is seeking an ambitious and driven Senior QS with a proven track record delivering multi million pound schemes on budget and can display evidence of cost saving in previous projects. The division in which you would join has displayed rapid growth and delivers a variety of schemes in Surrey right down to the South Coast.
