Oversee that sites are to protect were possible using plastic, boards or any other suitable material as to not create damage to property or to create a secondary contaminated area.

Ensure sites and machinery are left in a safe and secure area at the end of each day with pictures of the site included in the daily upload.

Site Manager is to oversee a live car dealership, the existing building is to be down sized to a smaller dealership and increase the car park area. Works will include demo to existing walls, groundworks, new steel works, walls, cladding, and new front façade, whilst the dealership remains operational, value £1.2million.
Role:
The Site Manager must be able to oversee the project from inception through to completion, whilst liaising with the manager of the car dealership, dealing with all Health and Safety, sub-contractors and associated paperwork throughout the project. General day to day issues, quality and programme.
Essential Skills:
* CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS
* Site Managers must have previously worked on similar new build car showrooms but candidates with good general build experience will be considered, with experience.
* Experience of working within live environments would be ideal
* Good IT skills are required
