We are looking for people with at least 3 years’ experience of providing PAS-128 and TSA compliant utilities mapping surveys. You will have a QCF Level 3 (or better) in utilities mapping and be proficient in routine techniques such as EML, RFL, GPR and surveying. Experience in other detection techniques is an advantage.
You will ideally be an experienced AutoCAD user, with an ability to provide high quality BIM compliant deliverables. Experience in back-office processing of datasets such as GPR, including interpretation and reporting is also desirable.
You will be involved in projects at all stages, and will have ample opportunity to expand your knowledge within the team, progressing your career within a friendly and supportive team

The project is a brand new build student accommodation that will comprise of 422 bedrooms. The building will be a 22 storey complex with bedrooms located across the middle and the top floor completely dedicated to amenity space and will offer 360 degree views across the city.
This is brand new project and we are looking for the first 2 laggers to start to commence with containment works. We can offer people up to 12 months work on here.
Rate is £18/HR and Price work when applicable. All paid weekly via CIS
Start is immediate until the end of the project.
