Your duties will include:
Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault, and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device
Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice
You will need:
Proficiencies in Math’s and English
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role
A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
A full driving license
