The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for leading the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple marine infrastructure projects, ensuring financial efficiency, risk management, and value optimisation. Your new role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you'll provide day-to-day engineering support across heavy civils packages, with a particular focus on earthworks, setting out, QA coordination and progress reporting. Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite in Exeter Hours: 40 per week We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and capital programmes. Working within client environments, you'll provide commercial and contractual support across the full project lifecycle, ensuring strong cost control, effective contract management, and proactive risk management. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services. Manage cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts. Provide commercial reporting and financial control.
