A main contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Surveyor, due to a brand new project kicking off shortly, they would like the individual to start and assist with pre-construction. A main contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Surveyor, due to a brand new project kicking off shortly, they would like the individual to start and assist with pre-construction. They cover Student Accommodation, Commercial, Residential & Hotel projects, from £20m-£40m with the odd projects at £10m and higher scale at £65m, currently have 16 live projects.
With two projects starting within the next 4 months, they want to strengthen their commercial team. Which consists of 15 Surveyors, all ranging from Assistants through to Managing level.
