As a result of a £165 million design and build award they are now looking to recruit a Senior Planning Engineer to join a unique project in Teeside.
Ideally you will have progressed from site based engineering into planning and both a civils and/or an M&E background will be considered.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following; knowledge of Asbestos management duties, H&S legislation and CDM Regulations, experience in Management of Small to Medium sized projects, identifying building defects and preparing specifications, working knowledge of IT systems and software such as MS Project, Office, & AutoCAD and knowledge of the JCT forms of Contract. You will ideally be MRICS or close to taking your APC interview.
