Our client is currently actively looking to recruit a Plumber to be based in Wareham, Bournemouth for a period of 3 months. Purpose: Responsible for providing an effective right first time Plumbing maintenance service Inc: repair, refurbishment, new installation & like for like replacement as required of the service. Provide exceptional fault diagnosis and accurate material identification and ordering. Accountable for delivering excellent customer service in line with meeting all Key Performance Indicators. Key Areas: Day to day plumbing fault diagnosis and general repairs in occupied or void properties and garages, to include but not limited to: Installation or repair of components, bathrooms, toilets, showers, shower trays wash hand basin/sink, cold water tank including making good to wall tiling/boxing in/bath panel Effectively diagnose and repair leaks (including hidden) and make good boxing and tiling. Repair, replace or clear blockages to all types of domestic drainage systems. Effective maintenance/making safe & installation of cylinders, vented or un-vented with the relevant qualifications. Repair or replace or add to existing domestic hot/cold water systems including solid fuel including but not limited to wet systems radiator renewal, thermostatic mixer taps, pump replacement. Repair/maintain/replace rainwater goods. Hold current relevant qualifications and competence and/or experience for all aspects that are key to this role. Safe erection of scaffold towers and use of ladders Participate in Out of Hours standby rota Supervise and oversee any apprentice, trainee or person on work experience as requested.
