Supervision of sub-contractor civil teams.

Experience in surveying and detecting underground apparatus.

Skills required to carry out the role effectively
· Detailed experience of UK fixed and cable operator network build guidelines and ways of working, including GPON, FTTX and HFC networks;
· An in-depth knowledge of The New Roads and Street Works Act, 1991 (NRSWA), and its ancillary legislation and the various Codes of Practice;
· An in-depth knowledge of HSG47 “Avoiding danger from underground services”;

Implement a team strategy that cultivates relationships and a sense of belonging, overcoming the virtual nature of the team with members located across various offices and field based
Establish effective client/Operational/commercial relationships that facilitate a partnership approach in identifying improvements to processes to increase productivity and drive efficiencies for the mutual gain of the client and the company
Work collaboratively with operational and commercial teams to ensure the processes are understood including the requirements of them in support of the planning design and the accurate completion of the application/asbuilt for payment
Work with Operational teams implementing a site closure process with agreed expectations and SLA's to prevent margin erosion.
Ensure the timely submission of employee information for processing of team member wages, overtime, holiday, sickness and medical information
Ensure your work and that of your team is undertaken safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures Professional appearance to our customers at all times.
Support project work as required.
Progress reporting to Director of Operation Shared Service and company Senior management.
Working with L&D have a staff training and development plan with a visible path for progression.
