This includes Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and other Estates Services as required in order to meet its contractual and legal obligations. The Person: The person should have excellent communication skills along with first class customer services skills to complement a practical skill set that will provide full building services support to the site. Largely on commercial facilities across the area. You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines such as Air Conditioning and HVAC. The role is a permanent position, paying up to 30k depending on experience and qualification level. Vehicle provided plus training, courses and personal development schemes. Description Within the maintenance electrician (mobile) role you will be working within a team of engineers carrying out all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across the client portfolio. You will be working over a diverse property portfolio therefore a flexible approach is required as you will often be called to carryout or support works that are outside your core discipline. Duties & Responsibilities To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical, control, basic mechanical and building fabric systems To cover all maintenance of electrical distribution, controls, lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
