The successful individual will be responsible for technical and design management across a high-end residential site in the Essex area. The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
