Project Quantity Surveyor

A Project Quantity Surveyor is required to join a leading award winning contractor. My client complete design and build, new build and large refurbishment projects within education, commercial and residential sectors. They have a strong presence across South Wales where they have a reputation for being successful on projects ranging from £1m - £20m. The initial project is a £10m design & build residential development. Reporting into a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing commercial activities and site. Freelance contract duration is intially 6 months with potential to extend a further 6 months. The ideal person will have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or developer. You will ideally have experience working on projects over £1m and possess a recognised qualification such as degree or HND.
