Contracts Manager

My Client is looking to bring on an experienced Contract Manager to head up a commercial contract over 3 London based sites. Responsibilities - Oversee the delivery of M&E maintenance. - Hitting KPI's and managing budgets of up to 2 million pound. - First point of contact for both engineers and clients. - Technical support when needed (both on mechanical & electrical) Experience & Qualification - Experience in a supervisor/managerial posititon (electrical/mechanical biased) - Relevant technical qualifications - Managing budgets and KPI driven targets Salary £45,000 - £50,000
