Contracts Manager - Exeter, Devon

Contracts Manager | Residential Developer | Exeter, Devon | £65k - £75k plus package Setsquare are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a long established Residential Developer in Exeter. The role is purely through growth as they have many new sites starting in 2022, and a healthy land bank for the following years as well. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing 3 sites across Devon & Somerset, all of which have settled site teams in place. You will be supported by a Construction Director, and will focus on quality, customer care, health and safety. This role would be ideally suited to someone with Contracts Management experience within a residential developer, but could also suit someone at either Project Manager or Senior Site Manager level who is keen to step up into the position.
