The Company A market leading off-site construction contractor with over 50 years in the build industry. They provide a diversity of works with a portfolio of high profile public and private framework projects with values in excess of £50m+ alongside an extensive list of future works in the pipeline. Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications For this role, it is essential that you obtain; Valid SMSTS Valid CSCS Card Excellent written and verbal skills, excellent computer abilities alongside relevant software skillsThe Role As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will be working on a £20m new build student accommodation based in London. You will ensure works are delivered to specification and in line with the programme without exceeding budget. You will interact with both construction professionals and the end client while organising and overseeing the site team. Duties Progress reporting Chair and attend site meetings Conduct regular quality inspections Carry out programme and budget evaluations Management of onsite labour and subcontractors Liaising with the end client and key stakeholders Oversee and implement health & safety regulations Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors Liaise with the commercial team on estimating costs and timeframesAn excellent salary plus benefits package is on offer for the successful candidate.
