Scaffolder/Safety Systems Installer

An incredible opportunity has arisen with an industry leading supplier of fall protection and safety solutions who are looking for Fall Protection and Safety Systems Technicians. The company who specialise in a range of safety and fall protection equipment such as platforms and walkways, handrails and guardrails and mana anchors are looking for a number of Fall Protection and Safety Systems Technicians to join their team. SALARY: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum plus overtime BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, shared company van, fuel card, pension LOCATION: The company are looking for candidates who can cover the South-East of England, with Branches in Crawley and Central London The role is a varied position, where you will be carrying out installation and commissioning works on a range of Sites throughout the South-East of England. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and modifications on systems as well as full installs of new systems and conducting compliance and safety checks to recertify products. You will then offer training and advice to clients on site, ensuring that they know how to safely use the systems as well as looking to identify if there are any additional products that may be required. You will also liaise and main contact with the Contracts Departments, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. To be successful for these roles, you will ideally have technician or engineering experience within the fall protection and construction safety equipment sector or similar, however full training will be provided. Candidates who have had experience of scaffold erectors will also be considered. You must live in the South-East of England and be able to commute daily to one of the Branches in either Crawley, Ipswich or Central London. Due to the nature of the Fall Protection and Safety Systems Technician role, you are required to have a full UK driving licence for the position.
