What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, ideally you have previous experience of working in a similar Assistant Site Manager role, preferably within residential or civils schemes, but those in other sectors will still be considered. You will be a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and a good level of organisation. You will possess a high level of communication and be responsible for ensuring the site team are briefed daily on the scheduled works programme. As an individual, you should hold strong numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
