Typically, with at least 2 years experience you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard. You will be expected to win business and take care of your clients throughout the sales process. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister They don t have separate departments with different functions delegated so your clients are managed and represented throughout the entire process by you and you are entrusted with their business from the outset. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister As an independent business, all ideas are heard, and talent is nurtured to provide scope for future progression and promotion internally. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator / Lister Day to day you will be working as part of a team to ensure your clients get the results that they have employed you for, whilst working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve the branch target and objectives.
