Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer A leading M&E and Building Services Maintenance Contractor with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for a Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer to work on multiple projects in and around London. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business. The Successful Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will be: Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will prepare airflow/ water, soil and waste flow calculations and duct/ pipe sizing Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will develop a detailed brief on M&E Building services requirements Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will influence the design of buildings in relation to HVAC equipment, such as AC, FCU's, AHU's and chilled water and heating systems Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will benefit from a salary up to £50k + Package + BonusThe successful Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer would have: Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer must have AutoCAD, Revit and HEVACOMP experience Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer must have Construction project experience Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will have compiled technical specifications for HVAC equipment Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will have a relevant degree qualification, ideally chartered but that is not essential Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer will be a commutable distance of WatfordMechanical HVAC Design Engineer will benefit from a salary up to £50k + Package + Bonus Contact Nikki at Tech-People (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, M&E and Utilities.
