Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor Brentford, West London £35 000 - £45 000 A leading main contractor with a turnover of £300m are looking to expand their commercial team on a large estate regeneration with new build residential, commercial and school. With over 800 units set across multiply phases the project has over 10 years’ worth of work in the future. The project a flagship in West London with over £300m worth of work to complete. They are looking for an Assistant /Quantity Surveyor to work on 160 units in a low rise RC Frame block. The ideal candidate will be from either a residential developer or main contractor with 3-5 years’ experience and is hard working, enthusiastic and has new build residential experience. * The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results. * Have a good head for numbers & enjoys working with IT. * Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. * Enjoys a challenge & has good problem-solving skills. * Organised & the ability to multi-task. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Able to build long-term relationships * A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
