Building Surveyor

6 month temporary contract for a technical building surveyor with a public sector organisation. Your new company This is a public sector organisation in North Manchester, they own a large portfolio of properties and are looking for technical surveyor to deliver condition and maintenance surveys. Your new role You will be delivering condition and maintenance surveys across a variety of buildings, including schools, residential and commercial buildings. Some of these properties will be occupied so you will need to be security cleared. What you'll need to succeed You will have a HNC/ HND as a minimum in building studies with previous experience delivering condition surveys and maintenance surveys of void and occupied properties.
