Within one of their successful division, they are currently looking to invest in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team. Within this division, they focus on Property Fit-out, refurbishment, regeneration, asset management and Facilities Management. Working across both public and private sectors, our client boosts a great pipeline of work putting them in a very good position financially.
Being a nationwide business, they operate across the UK, and they are looking for someone that is well sufficient and is capable of working on projects as lead Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be working in Central London on various heritage, stonework and restoration schemes. This is a great opportunity to work on some interesting, iconic schemes whilst working for a business that operates across various construction projects with a great name in the market.
Our client is looking for a degree or HNC equivalent qualified Senior Quantity surveyor to work with the Project Manager on these projects. You will be responsible for all commercial aspects including procurement, managing subcontractor accounts right through to cost reporting and final account stage. For this role, you will be involved in various schemes under NEC3 Contracts.
