Quantity Surveyor- Demolition Specialist- Kent- Competitive Salary Your new company This company is Demolition specialist, who operate as a main and subcontractor. This company turned over £21 million, taking on large demolition packages up to £3 million. The company is growing heavily and are looking for someone who can come in to progress to a Managing Quantity Surveyor. Your new role This role is heavy on the cost reporting side along with de risking contracts. You will need to have in depth knowledge of NEC contracts. You will also be expected to carry out general surveying duties, as well as be able to issue notification of delay and loss of expense. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be from a Main Contracting/ Specialist sub contractor or have a Civil Engineering background . The main skill they are looking for is someone who can come in and hit the ground running. You will need to be strong on cost reporting.
