What is the purpose of this role?
We are recruiting for a professional, hardworking and reliable driver with a can do attitude who has a good understanding of both spoken and written English.
Full time - on a 1 weekly rotation basis 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, although we will require some flexibility in this.
What does this role involve?
The role is that of a day operator within the Mechanical Treatment facility with a wide range of duties, ranging from loading collection vehicles and static plant, mobile plant maintenance and upkeep, unloading of deliveries as required, assisting with keeping the whole site clean and tidy and assisting in other departmental areas as needs arise
What are we looking for
We are a strongly Health and Safety driven company so any knowledge and experience in these principles will be an advantage.
Preference will be given to applicants with some/all of the following disciplines: -
Front End Loading Shovel
Full UK driving license
Telehandler 7.5 boom
MEWP/IPAF
360 Material Handler
