Asset Maintenance Surveyor - Planned Works

Permanent opportunity for a building surveyor with planned works experience.

Your new role
Reporting into the asset maintenance manager you will be looking after the portfolio of properties, specifically looking at planned maintenance works. You will be looking after the contracts and budgets therefore good management skills are essential in this role. Working in a team of 7 surveyors looking after a portfolio of 31,000 properties.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within housing specifically on planned maintenance works. You will be looking after occupied and void properties and therefore you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience dealing with tenants.
