M&E Project Manager (Mechanical) A leading M&E contractor has secured a 2 year programme of work, starting in August 2020, based in South London. We needs a Lead M&E Project Manager (HVAC bias) to deliver the MEP package, circa £25M, from late in the pre-construction phase, through to commissioning and handover. The successful M&E Project Manager will need a proven track record of delivering large scale MEP installations (£15M+) as a #1, as well as experience in all technical, financial and contractual aspects of the building services market.
