Project Manager £55,000 - £60,000 plus package Manchester We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a family run construction company who utilize modern methods of construction. The business works as a principal contractor delivering healthcare projects across the UK. Due to their continued growth plans of the business they are now recruiting for Project Managers to be based out of their South Manchester head office with regular site visits to projects across the UK. As the Project Manager you will be involved in the project from initial conception, design through to the project's handover and completion. * Attending site meetings through the contract * Ensuring that the project is running to programme and within budget * Reporting progress updates to the clients regularly * Creating the programme and strategy for the project * Ensuring quality standards and that HSE standards are adhered to The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction Manager (or related disciple) and experience working for main contractors running projects up to £10 million.
