Design Manager

Design Manager required for Tier 1 main contractor - Manchester Looking to work for one of the best Directors’ in the North West, someone with a track record of delivering on his promises, this may be the job for you. Our client a nationwide Tier 1 contractor whose name is synonymous with not only delivering excellence within the construction industry but also for how they invest and develop their staff are now seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their thriving North West team. Predominantly this client works on projects within the multi occupancy sector, either residential or hotels and as well as this they work on other projects within different sectors too. Typically projects are between £10m - £30m. They are seeking a Design Manager to join their very busy team, someone who is able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will undertake both pre-construction and live projects within Design Management.
