Mechanical Contracts Manager My well established client based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to be part of their already successful team The Job To develop the existing racking survey and maintenance contract with CCEP and develop that to grow and expand across all UK locations maximising the earning and profit potential of the account. Expand the service offering to include self delivery of regulatory inspections and subsequent material and rectification works associated. To take active responsibility for Managing the day to day activity across the CCEP racking inspection and maintenance contract, or an alternative site as required. Work with the Leadership team to expand and grow revenue stream and opportunity within the racking Division. Quote and secure revenue streams whilst effectively Managing available labour to meet or exceed profit plans and expectations. To identify opportunities for new disciplines, new revenue streams or new market sectors that can support adi’s growth strategy. Work with the Leadership team to assess and evaluate new business opportunities. Identify and secure new clients/sites for adi Build relationships and develop them as long term business partnerships. Plan and Project Manage the delivery of all quoted works in conjunction with the Operations Director. Develop additional revenue streams through developing both internal and external clients. You To be successful my client is looking for a professional well versed in process and Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will be a self motivated and driven individual and will be looking to join a team of like minded people. Completion of a recognised qualification or time served trade apprenticeship Desirable Experience of working in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous Experience of successful Management of large budget projects within tight financial circumstances and in a competitive environment Experience of successfully securing large revenue projects in a competitive environment Experience in setting/contributing to strategy Experience of effective policy development Skills * Flexibility and desire to learn and develop skill set * Works well under pressure with ability to prioritise workload, multitask and deliver to deadlines * Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach * Ability to work without supervision; use own initiative and solve problem * Professional manner with strong command of the English languageExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships * Ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability without daily guidance * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Team player that focuses on contributing to and optimising the team output * Professional hands-on individual who is reliable and flexible in their approach to work * Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated * Able to work closely with clients and their representatives Strong customer service and communication skills
