Site Manager - 4 month project - £250-£275/day - London
Our client who is a specialist in the construction industry are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a site in Central London.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
Experience as no1 on site, including scheduling works and dealing with the main contractor as well as liaising with the office and dealing with site supervisors
A qualified trade background
Be able to read drawings and able to understand setting out
H&S experience with inductions, permits, RAMS, logistics and record keeping
Experience using Aconex / Datascope
Good computer skills
A great team attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Daily site coordination meetings
SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid requiredJob details:
