Heating Engineer

A Heating Engineer is required to work for a Greater Manchester based housing association. You will be assisting with the maintenance service and upkeep of the organisations properties in relation to the annual gas servicing, breakdown and installation of heating systems. You will be diagnosing and repairing faults in heating and plumbing systems and liaising with customers to ensure the work is carried out in a timely, professional manner. You will also issue certificates for gas works and provide data on replacement schedules. You must have up to date ACOPS certs and Gas Safe registration for domestic or commercial gas, a city and guilds and ideally have previous social housing experience.
