A leading national house builder are looking to recruit a Senior Land and Partnerships Manager to work from their office in Doncaster South Yorkshire The role: Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities In to pro-actively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities Understand, implement and adhere to HSS policy and strategy Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business. Lead and supervise, where appointed, bid submissions * Legal agreement negotiations on projects Negotiate land values with the involvement of the L&P Director/Head of L&P Lead involvement in project Community Engagement and Investment Develop relationships with partner organisations and other companies to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities. Preparation and production Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Team focused Customer focused Decision Maker Motivatedand enthusiastic Leadership skills Initiative Strong negotiating skills Financial and commercial acumen Ability to influence decision makers Able to manage effectively across functional teams Able to multi-task, prioritise and have good time management skills The Company: A 10 UK homes builder and is the UK's largest and only dedicated partnership home builder .They work with Homes England, local authorities and registered providers .The largest delivery partner of Homes England and have delivered over 12,000 homes in partnership with them.They employ over 1,100 people and delivered 3,988 homes with a strong land pipeline of over 26,000 plots The Person: You will be an experienced Senior Land and Partnerships Manager or Land Manager and preferably a graduate from a planning,estates,geography,land or similar course What we are looking for: Financial and commercial acumen.
