Our client, a leading supplier of window and door hardware are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to be based in West Yorkshire.
You will be the main point of contact for customer queries, complaints and issues, providing timely and accurate responses and identification of the root cause; ensuring corrective actions are established. You will be responsible for logging and communicating corrective actions with relevant departments.
Applicants must come from a customer service background ideally within the fenestration industry. You will need to work in a methodical approach with a passion for continuous improvement and have an ability to effectively and confidently handle any occurrence of conflict.
