Public Sector Health Care & Community Estates across various locations.Client Details Covering a large estate as Project Manager overseeing capital construction improvement works to extra-care schemes, health centres & community estates within the Public Sector. Head office in Manchester however largely home-based with travel to the various schemes. Description Contractor management within the public sector Projects from inception to completion Large scale investment works & capital refurbishments circa £5mil Mechanical & electrical upgrades Health & Safety Financial reporting & budgeting Legal requirements SLA's Service agreements Variations KPI monitoring for performance Identifying new-build opportunitiesProfile Background in construction project management from inception to completion Experience managing construction projects within the public sector Proven track record in managing large investment works across multiple schemes Relevant qualification such as construction related degree, PRINCE2Job Offer Up to £52,000 salary with additional company benefits working within the Public Sector
