Even during the Covid-19 pandemic they find themselves in a particularly strong position, consistently and frequently winning new work. The firm work across a variation of projects, currently focusing on Education, Residential, Healthcare and Offices. The Role - Head up a team of engineers - Head up and lead projects - Mentor junior/graduate engineers - Business development - Help grow the team Who You’ll Be - Experienced Electrical Design Engineer - Chartered or working towards Chartership - A professional registration (CEng/IEng) - Ideally degree/HNC or HND qualified - Being local to Cardiff is beneficial There is a fantastic salary and package on offer for the right candidate - Circa £50,000 salary DOE - Excellent progression opportunities to director level
