Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a site based in Cambridge. The site complex has a mixture of buildings including one listed, so there is a mix of plant to work on As the Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be: Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be static based in Cambridge Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's. Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed. Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out electrical tasks. Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be working Monday - Friday, with overtime availableAs the Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer, you will need: Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Cambridge. Electrical Bias Building Maintenance will need an Electrical qualification and 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will need to be able to produce RAMS as well as attend weekly meetings with the client.
