Quantity Surveyor- Prime Residential Refurbishment London £65,000 - £75,000k + Package August 2020 Permanent Due to an increase in workload, a leading contractor within the prime residential would like to appoint a Quantity Surveyor for their expanding London business. As well as overseeing financial progress on projects valued between £500k and £3m, the Quantity Surveyor will also have the following duties: • Preparation of Bill of Quantities • Cost forecasting, control, analysis • Value engineering and value management • Contract administration • Preparation of Schedule of Works • Preparation and monitoring of work schedules • Disputes, claims and negotiation • Risk management and value management • Supply chain management • Estimating, pricing, tendering • Final account settlements This opportunity will suit a versatile and client facing Quantity Surveyor, ideally, with 5 years' experience within the prime London residential market.
