Design Coordinator

The Company This Design Co-ordinators role is for a residential developer/Contractor. Site based on a large mixed use project. The Person We are looking for an experienced design co-ordinator, Project Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong residential/mixed-use experience. You will need experience of being involved with design delivery at the construction stage. Your primary responsibility will be ensure that there is a smooth flow of design to the site teams that is of a high quality, on time, buildable and within budget. You will be managing the external design consultants ensuring that all the elements of the design are well integrated.
