Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor opportunity to work with a Main Contractor - North West London based Our client, a leading Main Contractor with core values and a reputation of delivering Construction projects across London to a high standard, is looking to recruit an additional Quantity Surveyor. With a track record from the 1900s, our client has built their business from their track record of quality on their projects giving them a great name in the industry. As a business, they operate in London and the South East with their main focus being New build Residential schemes and have delivered some impressive RC Frame developments. Due to new pipeline and secured work, our client is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for a new Build residential scheme in North West London worth £20 Million. You will work on this scheme under the Commercial Manager and be responsible for setting up all early stages of procurement, managing various packages, attending site and client meetings, dealing with variations and weekly cost reports. Our client is looking for someone with 5 years + experience with previous experience working as Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor or Developer. You will benefit from working with a great business, that support development and progression for all levels and you will work closely with your Commercial Manager that will monitor your progression up through the ranks. For this role our client is looking at paying in the region of £45,000 - £55,000 plus package depending on experience. You will also receive a competitive package on top of your basic salary.
